Weeknight Italian Vino

These two lovely wines from @scaiawine are definitely a nice chance from my usuals and make fun bottles for entertaining guests and pairing with food!⁣

The Garganega Blend is 55% Garganega and 45% Chardonnay and is incredibly fresh and bright on the nose with notes of orange blossom, pineapple, pear, stone fruit and a hint of banana. This would pair excellently with an arugula and shaved Parmesan salad with a light vinaigrette. ⁣

I haven’t had Corvina in quite some time but this one is lovely and light with notes of plum, rose, cherries and blackberries. I think this would pair perfectly with one of my favorite Italian meals, seafood risotto 😍⁣

What are some of your favorite uncommon Italian varietals to enjoy?
